Do your wedding reception packages include setup and breakdown?
Yes. Our full service wedding packages include full setup of tables, chairs, and linens in the reception area, as well as ceremony‑site chair setup as needed. Select multi‑day packages also include walk‑away cleanup for a completely stress‑free experience. Additional setup or breakdown services can be added based on your preferences.
Is guesthouse accommodation included in your small wedding packages?
Guesthouse lodging is included in our Weekend Bliss and Perfect Dream (full-service packages. These accommodations provide a comfortable place for families, bridal parties, or out-of-town guests to stay and enjoy the experience. The guesthouse can also be added to the Happy Day package for an additional cost.
Can we host rehearsal dinners on-site?
Yes. With our Weekend Bliss and Perfect Dream packages, guests have access to the entire site affording time and space for rehearsal dinners, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free evening with your closest family and friends.
Do we need to use your bar and beverage service?
Yes. We require the use of our professionally managed bar and beverage service to ensure compliance with local regulations and to deliver a smooth experience for your guests.
Can we tour Michigan Wedding Barns before booking a package?
Absolutely! We encourage all couples to schedule a tour so they can explore our barns, outdoor ceremony spaces, décor options, and guesthouse. This helps you choose the wedding reception package that best suits your desired experience and your budget.
Do you provide wedding reception packages for couples who only need a reception space?
Yes. All packages include access to our barn, tables, chairs, lighting, décor options, ceremony sites and venue support at a minimum for a single day. We do not, however, offer discounts if you choose to have your ceremony off-site.
